Our client, a purpose-driven brand, is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive top-of-funnel brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. This role requires expertise in marketing automation, search, social, and content marketing, with a focus on performance-driven outcomes. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Positioning & Awareness: Understand the brand's vision and contribute to its positioning through top-of-funnel strategies.

  • Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Marketing Automation: Leverage HubSpot to automate marketing processes, track performance, and optimize campaigns.

  • Trend & Insights Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Performance Marketing: Execute and measure campaigns across search, social, and content marketing with a strong focus on performance metrics.

  • Content Distribution Strategy: Ensure content is effectively distributed across all necessary channels to maximize reach and engagement.

  • AI-Driven Optimization: Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing processes, improve targeting, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing, lead generation, and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Strong background in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM integration.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of search, social, and content marketing with a strong focus on performance optimization.

  • Proficiency in AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
