Schedule:
Although this is a fully remote position and you have the flexibility to work from anywhere, it's essential to have significant overlap with standard working hours in Europe, as most of our product team is based there. To ensure effective collaboration, you should be available to work between 11 am EST (or earlier) and 1 pm EST several days out of the week. Outside of this core overlap period, you have complete flexibility in determining your work schedule.
Compensation & benefits:
The expected starting salary range is $106,800 to $233,400 per year. Miaplaza’s compensation philosophy ensures equity and competitiveness while taking into account the regional differences in living and labor costs. Specific rates will be provided during the hiring process and are aligned with market data and internal equity.
