What youâll be doing (in a nutshell):
As a member of our EAP team, youâll provide confidential, in-the-moment telephonic support and assessment services to employees of customer organisations during night shifts. You will support individuals facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, financial concerns, and family issues.
In your role, youâll utilise technology to stay connected with the team while working remotely, delivering structured counselling and psychological support within a stepped care model. You will help triage clients into appropriate internal and external support pathways while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
