Tech Lead in .Net and Next.js for an Exciting Assignment

Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong development skills and a deep understanding of microservice architecture. In this role, you will lead and support the development team in building and optimizing modern e-commerce solutions. The assignment requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with both backend (.Net) and frontend (Next.js), ensuring best practices are followed through code reviews and technical guidance.

Example Responsibilities:

• Lead technical decisions and ensure the development process adheres to established guidelines and standards
• Conduct code reviews and implement development best practices
• Work closely with the development team to resolve technical challenges and ensure delivery readiness
• Plan and size user stories, identifying dependencies for sprint planning
• Ensure systems are deployment-ready
• Communicate and collaborate with other development teams and system integrators to resolve daily issues
• Contribute to technical design solutions and surface implementation options
• Work with API-first design, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and enhance test automation using tools such as Jenkins
• Work in an Agile environment within a medium-sized team

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of hands-on development experience in .Net and Next.js
• Experience working on e-commerce solutions
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and modern development methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
