Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1150 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a persuasive, organized, and persistent professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will play a key part in converting applicants into scheduled interviews, conducting high-volume outreach, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to convert job applications into scheduled interviews.
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews to assess candidates.
  • Extend offers to qualified candidates and explain the onboarding process.
  • Respond to internal recruitment-related inquiries and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and candidate progress.
  • Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruitment experience (100+ outbound calls per day).
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time remote work experience (hybrid or COVID-related remote roles do not qualify).
  • Strong ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • A reliable computer with a camera and microphone.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • At least 18 years old.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Fountain or similar applicant tracking systems.
