Duties
• Transform data insights into actionable strategies that deliver lasting value and transform customer experiences.
• Drive innovative solutions that improve customer interactions with our products.
• Conduct research in collaboration with domain experts to inform product development and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and security are integral to all processes and solutions.
• Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics for products
• Solve complex problems using cutting-edge technologies, including AI, data, and cloud solutions.
Required
• Proficiency in Data, AI, and Cloud Technologies and deriving insights from data.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for enterprise-scale challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change.
• Strategic thinking and change management skills
• Experience in managing global digital product release strategies.
• Product management experience, including planning, budget management, team management, and deployment.
Desired
• Entrepreneurial experience in product management, especially with startups or launching new products.
• Sales and marketing experience in digital products
• Strong interest in digital workspace solutions and a belief in the potential for technology to enhance the employee experience.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Technology related discipline.
