We’re looking for a Leadership Centre Manager/Tutor to join our Bauer Academy on a full-time permanent basis.
As the Leadership Centre Manager/Tutor, you will be delivering impactful leadership development across Europe, combining academic excellence with real-world learning. Focusing on driving performance and transformation, you will equip leaders with the skills to navigate rapid change, technology, and evolving workplace trends.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to design and deliver leadership development programmes for Bauer Media Group and high-profile clients, specialising in change management and organisational resilience.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver engaging programmes both remotely and in person. With expertise in leadership theory and real-world application, you will ensure Next Level Leaders Centres’ training remains world-class while supporting business growth through client engagement and commercial innovation.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and one of our offices in either Peterborough or London.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a high-performing Next Level Leader Centre team
- Following established Bauer Academy practices, procedures, and systems.
- Develop internal relationships and external partnerships to enhance NLLC.
- Overseeing multiple projects and programmes with attention to detail and continuous improvement.
- Designing and delivering high-quality, interactive leadership training and curriculum.
- Applying commercial acumen to creating innovative products, services, and solutions.
- Engaging senior stakeholders and clients to support business growth and trust.
- Staying updated on leadership trends and research for continuous programme improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree-level qualification in leadership/management (preferred).
- L5 Teaching Qualification and/or CIPD (preferred).
- Expertise and passion for delivering impactful learning solutions.
- Creative sector experience preferred, ideally in a multimedia company.
- Strong educational practice, curriculum design, and innovative teaching skills (face-to-face & online).
- Proactive with excellent project management, problem-solving, and commitment to best practices.
- Agile, able to manage multiple programs and engage professionally with stakeholders.
