Extensive hands-on experience of 8-10 years in SAP Basis.
Experience in SAP BASIS/NetWeaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.
Familiar with HANA,SYBASE, MS SQL Server, and SAP 4.0B system
Experience, in administrating and monitoring BW and PI systems
Good experience in system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities
Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance.
Should document SAP processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new services
Should be able face the customer handle customer escalation.
Good communication and email etiquette
Should be able handle a team and support them as needed
Should be well versed with project management tools.
