They are seeking a dedicated Customer Success & Integration Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our dental practice clients successfully implement and utilize the software solutions. The specialist will be responsible for managing the entire customer onboarding journey, from initial setup to ongoing training and support.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding process for new dental practices.
Conduct comprehensive software training sessions for dental staff and practitioners.
Configure and customize our software according to each practice's specific needs.
Manage data migration and system integration processes.
Create and maintain customer onboarding documentation and training materials.
Execute a structured customer success program including:
Initial software installation and setup.
Comprehensive platform onboarding and training sessions.
Scheduled follow-up check-ins to ensure ROI and platform optimization (including 30-day ROI report and review).
What You Need
2+ years of customer success, implementation, or account management experience in software.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Background in SaaS implementation or customer success.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in training and educating users on software platforms.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Knowledge of dental practice operations and workflows is beneficial but not required.
Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
Familiarity with customer success tools and methodologies.

This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
Work from home.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
