Job Title     Cloud Business Ops, Intern 

Location      Remote, East Coast, USA 

Compensation:     $22.00 -$25.00 per hour

This position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, from streamlining cloud operations to analyzing business data for actionable insights. You'll work independently on long-term initiatives and also in collaborative settings to drive impactful results. Strong communication and analytical skills are key, as you’ll interface with multiple teams to turn complex data into strategic solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

As an intern you may be working on one of more of the below areas: 

  • Support Cloud Operations in maintaining and optimizing cloud platforms, including AWS , Azure and GCP 

  • Manage and organize resources, documentation, and inventory for Cloud Operations. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. 

  • Develop and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports to drive operational decision-making. 

  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends and generate actionable insights that shape business strategies. 

  • Contribute to areas such as cybersecurity, programming, and data center management. 

  • Clean, structure, and analyze data to support defined use cases and identify patterns that influence operations. 

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements to enable practical solutions. 

Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. 

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. 

  • Hands-on experience or coursework in Python ,MIS reporting, data analytics, or programming. 

  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The US base hourly range for this entry level internship position is $22.00-$25.00.  Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for internship hourly pay for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base hourly pay.
