Job Overview:
Stralynn Consulting Services, Inc, a digital transformation niche professional services provider
is looking for "Data Architect.- Enterprise Test Data Management" as part of a large team supporting multiple applications across Federal government sector. The individual must have experience working with large enterprises / government agencies and knowledge with the latest technologies in ETDM.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to manage test data across an organization
Manage the quality, security, and accessibility of data required for testing various applications
Leverage industry-standard TDM tools and techniques to effectively provision, manipulate, and maintain test datasets across different environments
Collaborate closely with development, testing, and security teams to meet project requirements and data governance standards.

Requirements

Total of 10 years of relevant experience including 3 years with US Government sector.
Expertise in managing enterprise data management infrastructure, - managing on-premises systems and cloud migration efforts, data base administration.
Experience managing referential/data integrity, point in time recovery, and custom coding
Proficient in database technologies including but not limited to Oracle, SQLServer, Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL and Azure Database services
Must have lead at lease 2 transformation projects related to establishing an enterprise-wide data layer and establishing mature DataOps practices
Proven analytical skills
Problem-solving attitude
