We are seeking a Patient Enrollment Representative to help patients access affordable care by guiding them through PayZen’s payment solutions. In this role, you will engage directly with both patients and providers, ensuring a seamless experience while driving enrollment growth.

What you will do
  • Drive new payment plan enrollments by presenting tailored solutions to patients, proactively identifying opportunities, and following up on leads to exceed growth targets.
  • Educate patients on available payment options, ensuring they understand and commit to a plan that meets their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and patients, highlighting the benefits of PayZen’s platform, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with PayZen’s internal teams to improve the enrollment process and overall customer experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback to refine messaging, tools, and strategies, ensuring alignment with patient and provider needs.
  • Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. Shifts will be scheduled within this timeframe and may vary based on business needs.

  • What you will bring
  • 3+ years of experience enrolling patients in payment plans over the phone, helping them navigate options to make healthcare more affordable.
  • Proven track record of exceeding enrollment goals through proactive outreach, persistence, and adaptability in driving new payment plan adoption.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with patients and providers, effectively conveying PayZen’s value and addressing concerns to foster long-term engagement.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to refine messaging, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with patient and provider needs.
  • Thrives in remote settings, quickly adapting to new tools and processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
