To facilitate this, we are looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our Merchant Success and Sales team. Your role as an Onboarding Manager is to help high-growth, high-volume merchants be successful on the Printify platform by facilitating the use of the platform and data-supported advisory and consulting.
You will develop strong relationships with the merchants in your portfolio, and help them with long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks. Ultimately, you’re here to understand their goals and advise them on the best way to achieve those goals with Printify.
Your responsibilities: Deliver on the growth and retention goals of the portfolio of your merchantsOnboard, train, and educate new merchants on the use of the Printify platformSuccessfully managed the portfolio of high-volume merchants by developing and maintaining long-term business relationshipsProvide merchants with guidance on how to effectively use the Printify platform, best e-commerce practices, and the industry trends to help them achieve their long-term business goalsPresent, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersCoordinate with other teams to expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to maximize satisfactionRetain the merchants, and identify growth opportunities within the managed portfolio Assist merchants with long-term planning and provide solutions that enable growthAlign the customer expectations and needs against the company roadmapAssist in activities that increase Printify’s presence among Vietnamese merchantsRequirements: 2 - 3 years experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management rolesProven track record of goal attainmentPassion for technologies and eCommerceExperience in the software and/or technology industry, and/or Print on Demand industryExperience with analytics and business Intelligence tools is preferred, with CRM requiredProficient in English and VietnameseTechnical aptitude to quickly learn new technologiesA team player with focus and determination for professional growth and goal attainmentSomeone who handles adversity with poise and polish - you can turn a situation around to make a client feel heard and well-positioned for success.Ability to get things doneLiving in VietnamWhat we offer?Opportunity to work fully remotely within EMEA time zonesStart your workday anywhere between 7 AM and 11 AM.
