Senior Project Manager VPP (d/m/f)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional projects to accelerate Flexa’s growth. Your focus will evolve over time – current priorities include:

• VPP Roll-Out at Enpal: Remove roadblocks for the go-live of existing Enpal customers into our virtual power plant. Lead and coordinate efforts across sales, operations, and technology.
• Product & Go-to-Market: Support the design and launch of new Flexa-enabled energy products.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, conduct strategic research, and build growth initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-initiative, result orientation, and strong stakeholder management.
• Exceptional prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Solid technical understanding to manage data, build automations, and structure processes.
• Excellent academic background, ideally in engineering, business administration, or economics.
• Fluency in German and English.

I'm Fabian, the Head of Operations at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.

Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
