Job description

This is a remote position.

Role: Digital Marketing Assistant
Client Timezone:  Las Vegas, Nevada USA
Schedule
: Full-time, 8am - 5pm PST

Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Assistant will play a key role in executing and managing various digital marketing activities, including content creation, email marketing, and administrative support. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborates with multiple teams, including sales, retail stores, product, and design.


Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and blog posts.
  • Work with the design team to develop eye-catching visuals using Canva and other design tools.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media channels.
  • Email & SMS Marketing:
  • Help draft, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Sendlane.
  • Support SMS marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Administrative & Marketing Support:
  • Manage marketing campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and assist in tracking marketing performance metrics.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing assets and documentation.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related fields (internships welcome).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Canva, Klaviyo, ClickUp, Sendlane, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a creative mindset.
