Job Description

As a Sales Agent, you’ll be on the frontlines of talent discovery, identifying and recruiting the next wave of TikTok sensations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital entertainment while honing your sales skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll engage with potential talent across various social media platforms, using your persuasive communication skills and understanding of the digital landscape to bring fresh faces into our agency’s roster. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our talent pool and the success of our agency in the competitive world of TikTok content creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential TikTok talent across North and South America using various social media platforms
  
• Engage potential influencers through messaging, phone calls, and video meetings to showcase the benefits of joining our agency
  
• Identify and recruit diverse talent capable of creating engaging content such as singing, dancing, and live chatting on TikTok
  
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets, contributing directly to the agency’s growth and success
  
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for effective talent acquisition
  
• Stay current with TikTok trends and content styles to better identify promising talent
  
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential talent and track progress towards recruitment goals
  
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve your recruitment skills
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English or Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  
• Previous experience in customer engagement, sales, or a related field (e.g., hospitality, retail)
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential talent
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and understanding of current digital trends
  
• Comfortable with outbound sales techniques and ability to handle rejection positively
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  
• Passion for digital entertainment and an eye for identifying potential in aspiring content creators
  
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to connect with diverse talent across North and South America
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with video conferencing tools
