Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping online narratives for exciting brands and influential creators. You’ll manage multiple social media accounts, crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences across various platforms. Your keen eye for trends and ability to create scroll-stopping content will directly impact the growth of our clients’ digital presence and our agency’s success. Responsibilities

Manage and curate content for multiple social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
Create and schedule daily content, including 3-6 reels, maintaining a high standard of creativity and relevance
Craft compelling captions that capture audience attention and drive engagement
Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase follower growth and engagement rates
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and adapting to the latest social media trends and best practices
Collaborate closely with our team to align social media efforts with overarching marketing goals and campaign objectives
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Proven track record in social media management, preferably within the influencer marketing or digital content creation space (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and target audiences
Advanced proficiency in key social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
Experience with social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva Pro, Later, Hootsuite)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable strategies
Creative mindset with a talent for producing visually appealing and engaging content
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms
Portfolio of successful social media campaigns or growth case studies is a plus
