Contract: Independent Contract Client Timezone: Mesa, Arizona USA
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Amazon seller account and other e-commerce platforms
Handle administrative tasks including email management and calendar organization
Provide customer support and manage customer inquiries
Assist with e-commerce operations and inventory management
Support basic content creation and posting as needed
Coordinate with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon seller platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities
Proficiency in using various software tools for task management and e-commerce
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus
Scope:
Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 5pm Arizona
Direct reporting to the business owner
Responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
