About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced 
SEO & PPC Specialist to manage and optimise our paid media campaigns while ensuring our website and content rank highly on search engines. You’ll play a key role in driving traffic, improving conversions, and shaping our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Implementation
• Conduct website audits to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement
• Optimise website structure, content, and metadata for search engines
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices
• Monitor and improve website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush

PPC Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and social media advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and keywords to improve performance
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximise ROI
• Track and report on key PPC metrics, providing insights and recommendations

Content & Copywriting (Preferred, but not essential)
• Write and optimise SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and website copy
• Develop compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions


Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and digital advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Experience optimising website content, metadata, and site structures for SEO
  • Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Strong copywriting skills for both SEO and PPC content (a plus but not mandatory)
  • HubSpot experience is a bonus
