Role Name: Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20-25 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a successful real estate professional in managing day-to-day operations and client communications. Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings and listing appointments with potential clients
  • Manage and maintain an organized calendar system for all business activities
  • Coordinate with photographers and cleaning services for property preparations
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication
  • Handle appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Assist with basic real estate administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and appointments
  • Provide professional and friendly communication with all stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
  • Basic understanding of real estate industry terminology and processes
