Job Summary

 

The Accounting Support Specialist is responsible for providing customer support related to accounting inquiries and services. This role involves assisting customers with accounting and technical issues, account reconciliation, and answering questions regarding invoices and payment processing.


Responsibilities

 

  • Provide customer support for accounting inquiries, account reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve accounting-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, process payments, and provide account status information.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in accounting or customer support roles.
  • Proven experience working in SaaS (Software as a Service) companies.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a preference for experience in SaaS-based platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
