Job Summary
In this Learning & Development consulting and solutions role - you will manage day-to-day conversations on learning available for professional and leadership skill development to support business growth, execute on learning plans and bring these to life for the Northeast Division and National Employee Resource Groups. You will partner closely with Communications, Talent Management, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to promote ULearn offerings and align learning strategies to a variety of business needs. Success is measured by your ability to drive learning participation and enhance employees' skills.

Core Responsibilities
- Success in this role is defined by how well you can execute bringing learning, aligned to the national strategy, to life for the most teammates across the groups you support. This is achieved by leveraging partners in the business and using best practices to create ways for teams to engage in learning for professional and leadership skills, share their insights, and ultimately apply these in their day to day.
- Gaining understanding of the needs of the business through regular consulting sessions on individual and team development and learning needs is a key activity to deliver value to business leaders and HR partners. You’ll use these sessions to proactively recommend learning solutions as well as understand how to expand learning participation and consumption across the groups you support.
- As needed, scope learning needs for the teams you support. Identify opportunities to evolve or utilize collective skill focus content and/or leverage existing curations or complete research to identify content in our portfolios. Recommend implementation options to bring learning to life.
- Regularly present at Divisional and Regional team meetings on collective learning plans.
- Create and/or partner with divisional communication teams on communication resources/templates to support deployment efforts for teams (emails, post learning surveys, kick off decks, etc.).
- Partner with Corporate Communications team to develop a cadence of communication to promote ULearn offerings and increase employee awareness and participation in promoted learnings.
- Regularly and consistently follow-up on learning experiences you supported the business with. Gathering feedback, provide insights to business leaders and HR partners, and use findings to adjust execution and approach to continue to drive the learning experience and application of learning.
- Collaborate with peer Product owners, Learning Engagement, Learner Experience Professional team members to produce effective learning solutions.
- We play and win as a team – as needed, support your peers with engagement efforts for West, Central, and Corporate & Headquarters teams.
- Implement learning strategies through a digital-first approach that supports large scope initiatives through single business events.
- Continually enhance our learning products and strategies through data driven insights.
- Partner with in-house resources (business unit subject matter experts) and outside consultants to produce innovative learning solutions.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation
National Pay Range: $81,311.73 USD-$190,574.37 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
