Project Role : Technology Architect
Project Role Description : Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.

Position Description Functional Architect – • This role is responsible for defining functional and technical requirements and designs the solution for mobilization projects. • The responsible Functional Architect will work closely with our clients, the vendor team, and be part of our delivery teams in developing robust, scalable, and flexible solutions for various customers. • • Working with other experienced BAs in context of an Agile Scrum delivery model • Understand existing application functionality, including business process context and business goals. • Understand and document business goals and desired processes for To-Be functionality. • Create user scenario documents, facilitate sponsor/Product Owner review and approval of the same. • Support development and test team in understanding requirements, scenarios and ‘Done Criteria’ • Review Test Conditions to ensure alignment with scenarios and business requirements. • Assist with product demonstrations to Product owner and stakeholders (especially configuring scenarios to demo) • Maintain functional documentation of the application, updating as new features and functions are added. • Assist wherever feasible to help ensure smooth progress in developing an optimal solution for stakeholder needs, by facilitating communication and shared Responsibilities • Write business requirements, help with functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping). • Lead the implementation process by enforcing Product Management implementation guidelines and ensuring adherence by the implementation team. • Work with multiple functional teams to understand existing processes and translate them into efficiently built ServiceNow flows. • Collaborate closely with the Architecture Lead to align with established implementation frameworks. • Ability to design integrations with complex relationships to support new functionality • Grow strong relationships with clients and other team members to accurately understand business needs and develop viable solutions • Supporting the successful delivery to enterprise clients. • Disseminating best practices and documenting client specific requirements, processes and design for post-production reference and knowledge transfer • Strong understanding of HR and/ other concepts and principles to offer practical alternatives and design appropriate solutions. • Give demo to various teams, who gradually convert into deals to deploy HR tools. • Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with various stakeholders(internal/external) • Help operations team define business rules by analyzing their As-Is- process and defining To-Be process • Configuration books to be filled in for deploying these tools • Conduct sessions and review with technical team to make them understand customizations requested by clients • Prepare and distribute effective documentation for end users which gave accurate procedural information to them. • Organize training sessions for UAT participants and operation teams. • Seek help to UAT participants in conducting UAT. • Utilize your client-facing expertise to effectively communicate with clients and the implementation teams, addressing their feedback and concerns. • For existing deals, derive any change requests by analyzing new requirements, impact on existing configuration and the time and effort required to implement. • Help in tool version upgrades for exiting deals. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing valuable client insights with the Architecture Lead for refining implementation strategies. • Give valuable inputs as process improvement for new functionalities to be added in above tools Must Have Skills/Qualifications • Proven experience as Functional Architect • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles • Strong Technical experience in Zendesk or ServiceNow • Ability to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and create solutions in situations that require in-depth analysis and knowledge of organizational objectives. • Ability to interface with customers and internal teams via strong communication and presentation skills. English proficiency is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and cross functional teams. • Ability to collaborate with global teams and articulate requirements and client input. • Ability to relay to the overall mobilization teams any expectations pertaining to company or country business culture. • Strong professional presence. • Experience driving complex technical implementation programs. • Excellent organization/time management and problem-solving skills. • Strong Analytical skills with the ability to quickly master new concepts and applications. • Comfortable with high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. • Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment. • Ability to assist partners and clients in understanding technical issues in business language Nice to Have • Experience implementing HR solutions on other platforms a plus. • Hands-on experience with multiple Offerings • Familiarity with Tech for Ops core technology solutions and functions • Experience with API or sftp based integrations Experience • Experience as solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing capacity • Previous experience working with offshore teams. • Technology Architect certification preferred. • 5+ years’ experience in a consulting, business operations, or industry specific process and technology transformation programs. 3+ years’ experience in Accenture organization (internal candidates) • Experience with common software Educational Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience Travel Requirement/ Shift Hours • Up to 25% Flexible Work Arrangement • Position is flexible in supporting “work from home” when not traveling to client sites, as allowed within local office policies and guidelines. Other flexible work arrangements can be discussed.
