Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployments of Transact’s Cloud POS solution
- Manage the deployments of additional solutions as training and demand allows
- Develop familiarity with Transact’s campus payment solutions
- Develop familiarity with credit card onboarding requirements of third-party vendors
- Meeting established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and more
- Manage the coordination of implementation consultant resources related to onsite and remote deployments
- Develop an understanding of the key functionality and requirements of Cloud POS
- Develop and manage client-facing project plans and call notes as required
- Develop and manage client-facing milestones to align with key dates
- Manage project timelines, resource trackers and systematic dates to ensure timely completion of deployments
Must Have Experience:
- 1-2 Years of industry experience
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to software and hardware
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel
- Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Preferred Experience:
- PMP Certified
- Experience working in Higher Education environment
- Experience working in dining service management
- Experience working with Transact Campus solutions
- Experience in a client-facing project management role
- Less than 10% travel domestically and Canada, as needed
