Job Description: The Alliance Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in driving, defining and implementing the system architecture required for seamless integration of Jabra industry solution products with targeted ecosystem partners. Reporting directly to the VP of R&D, this senior-level individual contributor will be responsible for developing and managing strategic technical partnership with ecosystem partners and customers. The role ensures that integration interfaces are compatible, scalable, and meet the highest standards of performance and security. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system integration, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Job Responsibilities:
•Strategic Technical Alliance Development
•Establish direct relationship with senior technical and business leadership from ecosystem partners to develop and execute integration strategies, promoting alliance technical partnership that align with overall business objectives and technical strategies.
•Lead the development and execution of integration strategies to foster closer technical partnership with ecosystem partners, ensuring seamless integration of Jabra products with partner systems.
•Collaboration with Ecosystem Partners and Customers:
•Work closely with ecosystem partners and customers to understand their requirements and ensure compatibility with existing systems. Translate technical complexity into easily understandable terms, ensuring effective collaboration with various partner interfaces.
•Facilitate regular high-level meetings and technical workshops with partners and customers to discuss integration plans, promote strategic collaborative development partnership and resolve any technical challenges.
•System Design and Implementation:
•Drive the implementation of integration solutions, together with engineering teams, that are scalable, robust, and secure, maximizing integration compatibility across targeted ecosystem partners.
•Provide technical guidance and leadership to align and influence both ecosystem partners and internal teams, ensuring cohesive technical direction and strategy.
•Optimization and Growth.
•Monitor the effectiveness of integration strategies and identify areas for improvement to enhance strategic alliance partnership.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously
improve integration practices that benefit customers and driving business growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's
degree is preferred.
• Business education would be an added advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in system integration, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration and partnership with customers or
ecosystem partners, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resulting business
growth.
Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of integration technologies of audio/video products, wireless
devices, and communication protocols and standards with mobile and PC.
• Proficiency in system architecture design and implementation.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, influential, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and
customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending upon experience and location, the target annual base salary for this position can range from $132,000.00 to $185,000.00
In addition, you may be eligible for a 10% discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays
