Job description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of our Advanced Technical Support team, providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Clario’s product suite. This includes troubleshooting and analyzing issues related to handheld and tablet devices, web applications, and software platforms used globally in clinical research. You will play a key role in diagnosing technical issues, debugging, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve product defects.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide advanced technical support to internal users
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues related to mobile devices, tablets, and web applications
  • Debug code and propose fixes for software-related incidents
  • Liaise with Product Engineering teams to escalate and resolve product defects
  • Monitor and track technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  • Lead technical investigations, setting up development environments and running debugging processes
  • Provide mentoring and guidance on software technologies to peers

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development or technical support
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML or similar languages
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and ability to write/debug advanced SQL queries
  • Experience working with Linux-based environments
  • Experience developing or supporting applications on mobile/handheld devices
  • Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech industries is a plus
