Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an Innovation Non-Alcoholics Intern for 6 months from July to December 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your key missions:

Innovation Project Management – Developing Non-Alcoholic Innovations

  • You will support the Global Brand Manager in driving the kick-off, development, and execution of non-alcoholic innovation projects - including creating briefs, developing packaging designs, conducting consumer insight tests, and coordinating market follow-ups.
  • You will serve as point of contact between cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, marketing, and regional markets) and external partners
  • You will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities, organize tasting sessions

Global Brand Management – Building Brand Assets for Ceder’s

  • You will assist the Global Brand Manager in developing and implementing global brand guidelines - including strategic playbooks, activation plans, and the consolidation of best practices
  • You will contribute to the development of key brand assets by managing agency briefings, overseeing execution, and ensuring all deliverables meet the expectations of market needs
  • You will lead Ceder’s social media strategy - including content calendar planning, KPI tracking, and managing the community manager to drive engagement and brand impact.

Consumer Insights Support:

  • You will collaborate with our Consumer Insights Manager on market research to validate final product propositions. 
  • You will support in designing test materials (sketch pack, description) for consumer research test
  • You will update on a regular basis the analysis on social insights on non-alcoholics categories & brands using a social listening tool

  • You are pursuing a master’s degree in business school / IAE or University graduate in Marketing or Business
  • You have a first experience in marketing or innovation would be a plus
  • You have an excellent English and a fluent French

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
