Now Matching: WordPress Developer to build, maintain, and optimize high-performance websites for our clients, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent user experiences.
Location: Remote in LATAM, can align your schedule with PST.
🧑💻 What You'll Do:
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to clients' business needs.
Build, maintain, and optimize responsive and high-performance WordPress websites.
Ensure website security, scalability, and speed optimization using best practices.
Work with designers and content teams to implement visually appealing UI/UX.
Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Optimize WordPress websites for SEO, accessibility, and mobile performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to non-technical teams as needed.
🧑🚀 About You:
At least 4+ years of experience in WordPress development.
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, REST API.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Availability to work in the Pacific timezone and provide timely updates.

Headless CMS approaches
Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery)
Frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
Knowledge of SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals
