Job description

At Foxelli Group, we're not just leading the digital marketplace - we're redefining it. With 10 years of experience and a portfolio of thriving direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands generating over $20 million USD annually, we’re pushing boundaries to achieve our next growth milestone.

That’s why we’re on the hunt for a UX//UI Designer who’s ready to make a real impact.

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.

THE ROLE

As a UX/UI Designer, you will own the brand design, covering both UX and UI aspects. While your primary focus and the majority of your time will be dedicated to UX, you will also be responsible for the visual design elements to ensure a cohesive and seamless brand experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that balance functionality with aesthetics, ensuring that the user journey is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • User-Centered Design Focus: Lead the design process with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring the needs, pain points, and behaviors of users are at the core of every project.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to map out user flows and interactions, ensuring usability and functionality are built into every design.

  • UI Design: While UX will be your primary focus, you’ll also be responsible for crafting visually compelling UI elements, creating design systems, and ensuring consistency across all interfaces, from buttons to layouts.

  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work alongside developers, brand managers, and product owners to bring designs to life. Ensure smooth integration of UX and UI design with technical functionality and brand goals.

  • Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests and iterate on designs to refine the user journey, improving user interaction, ease of use, and engagement.

  • Optimize for Accessibility & Performance: Ensure designs are accessible to all users, adhering to WCAG standards, and optimized for fast loading and responsive performance across all devices.

  • Design Systems & Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring brand alignment, coherence, and usability across all products and platforms.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to make informed design decisions and optimize the user experience.

  • Stay Ahead of UX/UI Trends: Regularly monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to keep our designs innovative and competitive.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure the design vision aligns with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. Provide clear and actionable design recommendations to stakeholders.
