We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in Backend, Java, and web application testing to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing automated test scripts and strategies for backend and web applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and related automation tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with software developers and QA team members to understand automation requirements for web applications.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify, document, and track defects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and deployment.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices for automation scripts are followed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that automated tests address critical functional and performance requirements of the applications.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test data for application testing.
• Stay current with new tools, technologies, and best practices in software testing and automation, especially for web applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on automated web application testing. At least 5 years of experience in testing automation
• Proficiency in Java programming and hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with database query
• Experience with web application testing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles, especially for web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Experience with performance testing and tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Experience with cloud environments and services.
• Certifications in software testing and automation (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester).
