JOB TITLE: Customer Service Manager

RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour

Work Type: Part-time, Remote/WFH

Working Hours: 

  • 10-15 hours/week - Part-time

  • 8 am - 2 pm CST (Mon - Fri)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our growing sales team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, nurturing and expanding those relationships with our existing clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through retaining current clients and ensuring their success as well as increasing our revenue potential through expansion efforts.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts.

  • Understand clients' business needs, objectives and challenges to position our solution effectively.  

  • Troubleshoot hardware related issues with our Shepherds and provide resolution in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with both our internal teams & the manufacturer dealers and technicians to address client needs and issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement as well as upsell opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure renewals and expansions.

  • Assist with Project Management on future installations.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a software or technology company.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue within existing accounts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a strategic mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
