Job description

Job Title: Remote Retirement Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Work From Home Retirement Plan Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage retirement plan administration, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and provide guidance to clients about their retirement plan options. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding retirement plan inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Assist clients in selecting, enrolling, and managing their retirement plans, ensuring they understand all options available.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure retirement plan requirements are met.
  • Manage client onboarding, providing training and support regarding retirement plan features and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor retirement plan accounts and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Facilitate regular communication with clients via meetings, calls, and emails to ensure they remain informed about their retirement plans.
  • Gather client feedback and work with teams to implement relevant improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on retirement plan activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in retirement plan administration, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Proficiency with retirement plan management tools and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with retirement plan management software (e.g., 401(k) administration tools, CRM systems).
  • Knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
