In this role, you’ll be at the heart of managing critical financial data across multiple QuickBooks files, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the fiscal health of the organization and its clients. Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage and execute bank and credit card imports into QuickBooks, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations for an extensive portfolio of approximately 200 QuickBooks files on a monthly basis
  • Meticulously update and maintain financial data in QuickBooks, guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of financial records
  • Implement and maintain robust systems to ensure the utmost accuracy and timeliness of all financial records
  • Provide valuable support with basic invoicing and payroll tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department
  • Collaborate effectively with US-based team members, bridging time zones and cultures to deliver seamless financial services
  • Utilize cutting-edge financial software and tools, including secure password management systems, to maintain the highest standards of data security and efficiency
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks, with a track record of managing multiple company files simultaneously
  • Extensive experience in performing bank reconciliations and financial data imports, particularly in high-volume environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in all financial tasks
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain clarity in complex financial landscapes
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication with US-based team members and clients
  • Flexibility to work full-time, adhering to a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (night shift in the Philippines)
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Adaptability to learn and efficiently utilize new software tools and financial management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in improving processes and workflows
