Overview
We are seeking a visionary Senior Marketing Strategist to join our leadership team at Foursixty, a web application specializing in shoppable Instagram, TikTok, UGC, and more. As the head of our marketing department, you will define and drive our overall marketing vision while building and leading a high-performing team. We are a small, but innovative company looking for a strategic leader who can set the direction for our marketing initiatives and guide their execution across various digital channels. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing roadmap, build out the department's capabilities, and establish strategies that will drive brand visibility, increase customer acquisition, and foster meaningful partnerships. About the Role
As the Senior Marketing Strategist, you will lead marketing at Foursixty, from strategy to actual campaign implementation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive both the approach and the execution. Additionally, you’ll take ownership of growth marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and enhance conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a holistic understanding of SaaS content marketing, SEO, and growth strategies, capable of scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
- Set clear departmental goals, establish KPIs, and track progress against strategic objectives
- Develop and manage existing annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Marketing Operations
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels
- Establish processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to key stakeholders
Growth & Innovation
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging trends
- Lead strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach
Content & Brand Strategy
- Develop and oversee content strategy aligned with business objectives
- Guide brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
Digital Marketing Excellence
- Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategies
- Direct the optimization of marketing campaigns through A/B testing and analytics
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation and CRM initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Track record of building and leading marketing teams
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets
- Strategic planning and forecasting abilities
- Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, link building, and growth marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, SEO-friendly content.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and use insights to optimize strategies.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with partnerships and influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
