About the Role
Sharebite is searching for a Temporary Full-Time Customer Care Associate for our Group Order product. In the role, you will take part in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You will receive training to be fully versed on the Sharebite order platform, learn restaurant dynamics and operations, as well as develop Customer Support best-practices. This is a specialized role that is responsible for overseeing the flawless execution of daily Group Orders by being the ultimate resource for both our clients, and our restaurant partners. This role will be a temporary assignment, beginning immediately and currently estimated to last ~6 months, with the potential opportunity to convert to full-time employment thereafter.

At Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay in line with industry and market standards. As a temporary employee, you will be eligible for some of Sharebite's wellness benefits as well as Sharebite's daily meal stipend. The base compensation range for this role is $45k - $54k per year, however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.
