We’re currently considering candidates for paid intern opportunities with SuccessKPI. SuccessKPI is a pure SaaS analytics platform for any contact center platform. SuccessKPI’s speech, text, and voice analytics platform will transform our customer’s experience with enterprise-grade contact center analytics powered by AI and ML.
SuccessKPI’s Intern Program is a ten-week program that offers an unparalleled experience for rising Seniors or Masters students. Approximately ten students are hired annually across the U.S.. We assess candidates for future full-time hiring. We are looking for driven self-starters who have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to learn. Applicants must have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. What You’ll Do:
Interns can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the chance to learn and grow professionally. Day-to-day activities of summer Interns vary, but include challenging real-world assignments, getting to work across multiple areas of the company, and long-term projects.
As an Associate Analytics Consultant Summer Intern, you will be working on deriving business insights through data using analytics tools. You will get assigned and learn about real-time projects to help us provide consulting services to our clients. Candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to deliver professional communication at all times.
You will assist with:
- Leveraging analytics tools to derive business insights
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative call center analytics solutions for a wide variety of industries
- Working closely with both IT and business clients to best align business needs with technical capability/feasibility
- Working with client and consultant teams to design and build systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack
- Conducting and participating in client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations
- Collaborating with and learning from an amazing team of hard-working business analytics experts
What You’ll Bring:

- 0-2 years of experience or a passion for business and the software industry is a plus
- Knowledge, experience, and/or passion for business analytics
- Effective and polished communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and concise communication
- Creativity with a strong passion and curiosity for learning, growing, and problem-solving
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize work without being afraid to ask for more direction or support
- A proactive, empathetic, can-do attitude
To qualify as a candidate for SuccessKPI’s Summer Intern Program you must:
- Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
- Availability to work full time 9a-5p office hours from June 2 through August 8
- Have strong technical skills in: Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, E-mail/Outlook, JIRA (can be trained)
- Have strong technical aptitude to learn: Slack, department-specific software & other technical tools as needed.
- Be able to supply your own laptop with a working camera and a fast, reliable internet connection
- Reside in the US for the entire duration of the internship
- Have access to a quiet and professional place to work and be on camera to engage in meetings and events
