THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning to manage the inventory supply across all AG1 global fulfillment centers. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of the supply plan to ensure healthy inventory levels are maintained throughout the network. Additionally, you will execute enhancements to processes and systems to support the overall supply chain functions while taking ownership of the rest of the world's S&OP process together with our global planning team. 

This position will ensure that the AG1 inventory maintains healthy days of supply based on the business targets. You will also be responsible for production PO management, WIP reporting with key factories, and inventory control to ensure that all global regions and key partners have the required inventory to meet our fast-paced global growth.

*This role is remote and must be based in Ireland*

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Daily Inventory management, including updating available inventory, inbound receipts, and transfer orders.
  • Monthly forecast and daily maintain supply forecast to meet appropriate inventory levels by item  and 3PL
  • Vendor relationship management to ensure accurate production allocation, quality & test release schedule, and timely receipts into 3PL
  • Partnering with Co-mans
  • Place manufacturing purchase orders and maintain clear communication through production and delivery
  • Generate weekly WIP updates and production statuses
  • Partner with finance for monthly COGs analysis
  • Facilitate monthly procurement handoff to support production supply forecast 
  • Maintain batch records across all SKUs for safety and quality tracking purposes, including lot number, quantity, shipping location and timing, COA,s and testing logs
  • Work with procurement | sourcing team to efficiently buy raw material requirements and ensure input requirements are accurate based on finished good demand.
  • Provide regular updates to the Supply Chain team on total inventory status, including days of supply in network and any items at risk of low inventory in the next 90 days on finished goods and components
  • Ensure replenishment items are received regularly to maintain healthy days of supply throughout network
  • Track receipts and transfer orders in Netsuite
  • Assist in import/export questions to expedite customs processing time 
  • Drive inventory accuracy and reconciliation
  • Aid in continuous improvement processes and reporting
  • Support overall Supply Chain KPIs

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 - 8+ years of relevant experience (NetSuite User/Background a Plus)
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships, particularly with a focus on packaging materials, components, and innovation.
  • Intuitive and highly experienced supply planning for multiple fulfillment centers (International logistics knowledge a Plus)
  • Experience working with Co-mans
  • Finished Goods and Raw Material planning knowledge
  • Excited to be part of a new function in a startup environment and comfortable working in a remote setting.
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability. 
  • You are knowledgeable in all things MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is €75,600.00 - €96,300.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
