Job description

Position Summary

The Vice President of Marketing plays a vital role in contributing to Lirio's market traction goals with Lirio's target market of large health systems and health plans. Vice President of Marketing is responsible for elevating Lirio’s brand through thought leadership and sales enablement strategies that educate the market and drive demand with prospects and partners, establishing Lirio as a valued brand across the industry. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build Lirio’s marketing strategy and lead Lirio’s marketing team to ensure strategy is executed effectively and on time
  • Deliver a quarterly marketing plan and communicate with internal stakeholders  
  • Ensure success of Lirio’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders (ex; Exec Team, sales and client success, SMEs, etc.) and 3rd party vendors
  • Partner with Product and Growth Operations to ensure sales enablement processes and assets are planned and executed as needed (sales sheets, pitch decks, case studies, etc.)
  • Responsible for Lirio’s event strategy: trade shows, webinars, networking and association events, digital/virtual events, podium opportunities, etc.  
  • Build and manage Lirio’s annual marketing budget
  • Manage Lirio’s 3rd party relationships (ex: marketing agencies, analysts, industry associations, etc.)
  • Determine metrics and ensure marketing team is exceeding targeted KPIs for demand generation
  • Oversee Lirio’s social media strategy
  • Create and execute the corporate communications strategy, both internal and external
  • Establish and uphold the company branding and ensure Lirio is recognized and valued in the marketplace as the leader in Behavior Change AI 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Integrated marketing experience across digital, content, sales enablement, and event management for B2B audience
  • Understanding of marketing automation and sales funnels/assets
  • Ability to manage external agencies and engage with third-party vendors and contractors
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to coordinate internal SMEs and execute project timelines across teams
  • Must have an advanced understanding of digital marketing analytics 
  • Experience with Pardot, PowerPoint, Social Media
