Take on the Operational Responsibility for Our Social - Performance - Marketing!

As a digital marketing enthusiast, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of our social ads campaigns across all relevant channels. With your expertise and strong communication skills, you will set new standards, create data-driven campaigns, and drive measurable success on our social platforms. In our dynamic scale-up environment, you will take on major budget responsibility and actively shape the future of our international brand with your analyses and insights.

A strong marketing team will support you on your journey: performance marketing and newsletter specialists, our CRM team, a video content creator, and graphic designers as well as a CRO team providing sales psychology insights, are waiting for you! Your Impact
  • Social Ads Management: Design, implement, and optimize our international campaigns on Meta and other social networks to achieve maximum visibility and high conversion rates.

  • Strategy Implementation & Budget Management: Translate our performance marketing strategy into effective social ads initiatives and manage your budget efficiently with one eye always focused on profitability. 

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., CTR, ROAS) and implement data-based improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Initiate and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal coordination of marketing campaigns.

  • Continuous Innovation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to continuously develop new and effective approaches.

Your Top 3 Goals

1. Turning Strategy into Action:  Together with the team you develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for social ads and translate our company objectives into concrete marketing measures.

Maximizing Campaign Performance: Through strategic campaign management on Meta, you increase ROAS and conversion rates. What we want is clear — how we get there is up to you and your expertise.

Efficient Budget Management: Optimize our extensive marketing budget (€300K - €500K) to ensure maximum reach and visibility across all relevant channels.

Requirements
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong track record of successfully managing and optimizing social ad campaigns.

  • Working with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics is second nature to you and an experience with YouTube, that’s a big plus!

  • You’re proactive and hands-on, always ready to take ownership and manage large marketing budgets with confidence.

  • Deep diving into analytics, identifying trends, and using insights to optimize performance, that’s what you like the most.

  • Communication is one of your strengths – whether it’s sharing campaign insights or working across teams, you can explain things clearly and effectively.

  • You’re structured yet flexible, able to switch gears quickly and handle urgent tasks without losing focus.

  • English is your working language, and if you speak German or Dutch, that’s a bonus!
