We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Engagement Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Managing stakeholder expectations, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Driving customer engagement strategies to ensure adoption and satisfaction with ServiceNow solutions.
Overseeing ServiceNow-specific project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and business analysts, to execute successful ServiceNow SPM deployments.
Identifying risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies related to ServiceNow SPM implementations.
Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
Supporting pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and proposal development for ServiceNow SPM projects.
Providing ongoing governance and performance tracking post-implementation.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within ServiceNow SPM to enhance business value.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in management and/or project management, with a proven ability to lead projects and mentor others in project management techniques.
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations, including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) deployments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and convey clear messages to stakeholders at all management levels.
Strong ability to establish and maintain working relationships with peers and key stakeholders across the organization.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing innovative thinking to address challenges.
Expertise in standard project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
up to $170,000.00
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
