What to Expect:  

We are looking for a diligent Customer Business Specialist to support our team in the Quebec market. You will manage internal tasks for new customer setup and growth, providing essential administrative support to the Regional Sales Team. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit are essential for delivering exceptional customer service. Come join us in enhancing customer relationships and driving success in Quebec 

 

A day in the life: 

Customer Setup Support:  

  • Assist Key Account Managers (KAM)and Account Managers (AM) in the internal setup of new customers, including managing data entry and updates in systems such as C4C and Exceedra  

  • Prepare and manage the trade asset installation pre-checklist and installation schedules, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready for deployment.  

Product Ordering and Management:  

  • Be responsible for the ordering process for Point of Sale (POS) materials, smallware, and other product requirements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer specifications.  

  • Complete all forms related to product listings, price changes, and seasonal programs accurately and efficiently.  

Sales Support:  

  • Collaborate with the sales organization by providing vital support for customer presentations and trade show requirements that improve brand visibility and engagement.  

  • Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for customer and trade shows.  

Data Management:  

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data across multiple systems, including trade asset mapping, channel details, and customer profiles.  

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and report discrepancies as necessary.  

Installation and Quality Assurance:  

  • Attend key account dispenser installations as needed, providing on-site support to ensure successful setup and operation.  

  • Perform regular quality assurance audits of key accounts to assess compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.  

Sample Order Management:  

  • Place and lead all sample orders for the sales team, ensuring that requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately to support sales efforts.  

 

Role Requirements 

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with team members across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.  

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or in an analytical position  

  • Post secondary education in Business Administration or similar subject area.  

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word  

  • Excellent communication and project management skills  

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
