Job description

Apprenticeship Delivery Manager
Up to £45,000 per annum
Remote-based with travel as required

As Apprenticeship Delivery Manager you will oversee the daily operations of E-Training’s apprenticeship programs. You will ensure performance objectives are met in line with compliance with all funding rules, and regulatory requirements, also from a quality perspective Ofsted, to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship experience. The position involves management tasks with requirements for cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement within program effectiveness, compliance, quality and outcomes.

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education/leadership (Desirable)
  • 5 years of extensive experience in managing apprenticeship or workforce development programs (Essential)
  • Proven track record of operational management & stakeholder engagement (Essential)
  • Expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks related to apprenticeships (Essential)
  • Strategic thinker with a results-orientated mindset (Essential)
