Overview:

This incumbent will serve as a Senior Advisor responsible for developing integrated processes and procedures to support workforce modernization, data and performance management, enterprise business architecture, business processes, change management, communications strategy, and culture management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent, within a team of contractor personnel, will develop integrated processes and procedures to support initiatives that lead to organization-wide adoption and implementation of the solution, ultimately giving the customer the support to achieve its vision.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Able to meet security and privacy requirements: Tier 1 / National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).

Required Education:

Master’s Degree, preferably MBA.

Required Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience with Government.

Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying strategic planning, governance structure, and strategic communications, and facilitating change management efforts.

Preferred Certifications:

Project Management Professional

Lean Six Sigma certification

Human Centered Design qualification or similar
