We are currently looking for a Credit Risk Process Analyst ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?
  • Managing end to end retail credit processes related to Mortgages

  • Preparing retail credit risk policies for Mortgages 

  • Preparing retail credit risk processes and flow for Mortgages

  • Testing of credit processes for Mortgages

  • Monitoring of retail credit portfolio for Mortgages 

  • Data analysis to generate portfolio insights

  • Assisting and working together with sales, business and legal teams for introduction and management of mortgage products

  • Presenting Projects’ statuses / Policy changes / Portfolio performance / Monitoring reports to Higher Management

Skills you should have
  • B.S. or Master's Degree in finance, statistics, computer science, mathematics, econometrics or related (Nice to have)

  • Excellent knowledge of end to end retail mortgage processes

  • Good Knowledge of other retail credit risk processes for products like Cash Loan, Credit Cards, Overdraft, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

  • Good experience in banking sector especially for Mortgage processes

  • Experience in Data Analytics to generate important insights

  • Understanding of credit bureaus and the type of data provided by them 

  • Understanding of Basic Lending Regulations & Law

  • Good knowledge of SQL

  • Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English language
