  • Full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead proactive outreach by following up on email leads to secure valuable job vacancies from potential clients
  • Engage in dynamic conversations with HR managers, recruiters, and business owners to understand their staffing needs
  • Craft compelling pitches to showcase our client’s recruitment services and unique value proposition
  • Generate a steady stream of new job vacancies, fueling the success of the recruitment team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in shared systems, ensuring seamless communication across the team
  • Utilize cutting-edge VOIP technology with a UK area code to maintain a professional and local presence


Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or telesales, preferably within a service-based industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to learn new CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of recruitment concepts and processes, with the ability to articulate them clearly to potential clients
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Availability to work full-time during UK core business hours (8-5 or 9-6)
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on generating quality job vacancies and nurturing client relationships
