Job Summary

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our HubSpot platform to support marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is an expert in HubSpot automation, workflows, and lead generation strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine processes that improve operational efficiency and achieve lead generation goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HubSpot platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Automation & Workflows: Develop, implement, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute strategies to generate, capture, and nurture high-quality leads through HubSpot tools.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create detailed reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, lead engagement, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • CRM Optimization: Customize the HubSpot CRM to align with sales and marketing objectives, ensuring accurate data tracking and segmentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align HubSpot initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices, features, and functionality.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot's ecosystem.
  • Expertise in creating and optimizing workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights using HubSpot reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization and integration with third-party tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or CRM) are highly desirable.
