This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, flexible schedule covering US East Coast morning hours (approximately 3 PM to 12 AM Philippine Time) Monday to Friday

Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a visionary leader managing multiple high-impact organizations. Responsibilities
  • Masterfully manage the executive’s complex calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments across multiple time zones and organizations
  • Act as the primary point of contact, skillfully handling email correspondence and serving as a gatekeeper for the executive team
  • Provide comprehensive updates on both internal and external projects, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed
  • Cultivate strong relationships with board members, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring timely project completion
  • Oversee critical day-to-day operations, demonstrating initiative in identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties, including precise categorization of financial transactions
  • Take a leading role in event preparation and coordination, showcasing your ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions


Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for concise and impactful messaging
  • Proficiency in using project management and communication tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Military experience is highly valued, but not required
  • Excellent conversational English skills for clear and effective communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule aligned with US East Coast morning hours (approximately 3 PM to 12 AM Philippine Time)
