Implementation Manager / Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

In this role you will manage the deployment and upgrade to meet customers' satisfaction of IT solutions for our large-scale customers in Switzerland.  This position will also give you the opportunity to deploy and support IT solutions such as Advanced visualization (AV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for radiology, offered by the Philips Health IT division.

 Your main tasks as Project coordinator:

  • Coordinate and lead IT solutions deployment projects within hospitals according to guidelines, in order to achieve objectives and meet customer’s expectations.
  • Manage change and adoption of new software after deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgetary requirements specified in the project.
  • Participate in project retrospectives to determine areas for future improvement.

Your main tasks as technical consultant:

  • Install and configure CI IT solutions:  Advanced visualization (AV) application server, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Perform software upgrades in version upgrade.
  • Realize remote support of solutions; managing customers’ calls and act to fix issues. 
  •  Validate the prerequisites and deploy the technical solutions in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Validation of the solutions proposed in pre-sales. Provide solutions to customers in the event of specific requests.
  • Provide detailed technical documents for configurations and settings.
  • You are the guarantor of the passage into production on the technical level of the installed solutions.
  • Share users’ feedbacks, points of improvement and correction of the system with the Quality and Development teams.
  • Review customers’ feedbacks to make recommendations for engineering changes, if any.
  • Participate in projects retrospectives to determine areas for future improvement.

 

You are part of

the Enterprise Informatics Operation team - you will join a dedicated Clinical informatics team of project managers, and you will work closely with the teams of technical and application consultants and interact with the sales teams.

You will interact with healthcare professionals mainly in Radiology as well as with hospitals' IT departments to integrate our AV/AI solution into the hospitals' clinical workflow. 

This role will require travel through Dach and some EMEA countries -

30% travel to be expected.

 

Your strengths to succeed in this position.

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science.

  • Min 2 years of experience in IT deployment and/or IT support (ideally in a hospital setting).

  • Excellent communication skills, IT skills, team spirit, interpersonal skills and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers.

  • Strong client, solution and result orientation.

  • Fluent English and German

  • Good skills in IT trouble shooting, logs analysis correlated to solution usages.

  • Capacity to travel and a clean full driving license.
