Cellebrite is hiring a Project Manager working within the Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO is a centralized team responsible for overseeing and standardizing project management practices across Cellebrite globally.
Your primary responsibility is leading customer install projects in the Americas region. These projects include both paid installations and temporary trials of Cellebrite products. You will manage multiple concurrent projects with durations ranging from several weeks to many months. As the Project Manager, you ensure customers have a positive experience implementing their new Cellebrite products while delivering the project on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Minimum 6 years leading individual IT projects, managing project teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget constraints
Government Clients: Minimum 2 years serving federal or state/local clients
IT Fundamentals: Basic understanding of networking technologies and computing infrastructure demonstrated with certifications such as
Communication: Ability to effectively convey ideas and information across stakeholders, from upper management to those executing the project
Project Team: Set detailed expectations with the customer and engineers executing the project; strong ability to break down project initiatives into well-structured phases and prioritized deliverables
Leadership: Strong understanding of executive communication; exceptional ability to craft concise messages and host impactful meetings that present complex information strategically to high-level decision makers
Independence: Must demonstrate ability to prioritize workload among concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Travel: This position requires approximately 15% travel for client visits and team gatherings
