As a National Technical Sales Specialist, you will represent the American Dynamics & illustra enterprise video products as well as support our Unified C-CURE 9000 and IQ enterprise access control products across the United States and Canada. This is a remote position requiring 50-70% travel throughout the US and Canada.

How you will do it

  • Responsible for ensuring revenue attainment

  • Provide comprehensive product presentations and highly technical demonstrations to potential and existing enterprise end-users

  • Partner with Area and Regional Sales Managers to manage respective territories, ensuring certified system integrator/dealer coverage and sales competence of Manufacturers Representatives

  • Leverage the AD Smart Services program to ensure success throughout the entire lifecycle of our solutions

  • Product Experts. Go-to technical sales resource for organization with continuous learning to ensure product expertise of respective products

  • Support industry tradeshows, expos, symposiums as well as company sponsored events (product set-up, demos and presentations)

  • Support Strategic Sales team who are identifying new opportunities through relationships with Architect & Engineers/Consultants and End-Users, participate in end-user and A&E/consultant events and support accordingly

  • Collect product enhancement, new feature and new product requests (with associated revenue opportunities) and provide to Product Management for potential inclusion in future releases

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent technical degree and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security, IT or computer/storage industry

  • Working knowledge of IP video surveillance systems, NVRs, network video technology and IP cameras

  • Total comfort in conducting customer presentations and demonstrations

  • Strong networking and IT knowledge and experience

  • Travel is 50 to 75%
